What You'll Be Doing:
- Guiding a distributed squad across Ireland and the US
- Facilitating all the Scrum events (sprint planning, daily Scrum, reviews, and retrospectives)
- Collaborating with the product area to tackle challenges
- Participating in scaled agile events
- Building awesome relationships within and across teams
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years in software development (4+ as a Scrum Master)
- Experience with large-scale software projects
- Proficiency in agile practices and tools like JIRA
- A passion for mentoring and supporting teams
- Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) is a plus!
