Are you ready to join the awesome team at J BALLANTYNE & CO LTD in Christchurch? We're on the hunt for a Menswear Supervisor to help lead our fantastic Menswear team! 🕴️🛍️



What's the gig about? 🤔




  • Work closely with our Menswear Manager

  • Lead the team two days a week

  • Coach and train our amazing staff

  • Drive sales and achieve targets

  • Work with cool brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, and more!



What we're looking for: 🔍




  • Leadership experience in retail

  • Strong communication skills

  • Time management pro

  • Problem-solving superstar

  • Passion for fashion (especially menswear!)



When and where? 📅🏢



This is a part-time gig, working Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday in our Christchurch store.
