What You'll Do:



  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives 💪

  • Monitor compliance with SLAs and KPIs

  • Supervise a team of 1-4 direct reports

  • Drive process standardization and foster high performance



What We're Looking For:



  • Strong customer service focus

  • End-to-end Order to Cash & Project Finance experience

  • Analytical skills and ability to handle change
