What's the gig?
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)
- Permanent position
- Based in Salisbury Park, South Australia
Your main tasks will include:
- Answering calls and emails from customers
- Coordinating with service technicians and production team
- Updating customer orders and processing invoices
- Scheduling deliveries like a pro
- Problem-solving and finding creative solutions
What we're looking for:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excel wizard (especially with Oracle)
- Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box
