What You'll Be Doing:
- Keeping our BAUER equipment in tip-top shape through maintenance and repairs
- Assembling BAUER equipment and handling loading/unloading tasks
- Reading and following technical manuals and instructions
- Documenting inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules
- Following BAUER's health, safety, and quality guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- Training or apprenticeship in mechanics, electrical, mechatronics, or similar field
- Experience in maintaining and repairing machinery (construction equipment preferred)
- English communication skills (other European languages are a plus!)
- Willingness to work on construction sites across Europe
- Ability to work independently and in international teams
