- Conducting audits and reporting results
- Facilitating calibration sessions for consistency in evaluation
- Assisting with administrative functions and quality reports
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of customer service and call center experience
- Data interpretation and manipulation skills
