What you'll be doing:

- Coordinating travel arrangements for the executive

- Being the friendly face that greets clients and visitors
- Helping with financial tasks like expense claims and budget reporting
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives
- Property/commercial real estate background is a plus!
- Microsoft Office Suite wizard 🧙♂️
- Superb organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
