Are you passionate about real estate and accounting? We're looking for a detail-oriented Construction Accountant to join our dynamic team at GALLAGHER MOHAN!
What We Do:
We're all about supporting real estate industry clients with top-notch financial analysis, marketing, and accounting services. Our clients include private equity investors, developers, fund managers, and brokers. We handle transactions ranging from $10 million to $200+ million USD in the US and European markets.
Your Role:
- Work closely with Asset Managers and PM teams
- Handle construction accounting tasks accurately and on time
- Prepare replacement and renovation draws
- Manage rent rolls and financial data
- Calculate construction management fees
- Create vendor aging reports
- Handle bank and invoice backups
- Enter data into RealPage and Banner software
- Perform GL reconciliations
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (required)
- MBA or Master's in a related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in real estate or construction accounting
- Knowledge of RealPage or Banner Software
