- Coaching and developing your team
- Keeping our store looking sharp with great merchandising

- Helping out with budgets and cost control
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of retail experience
- Proven leadership skills - you've led teams of 10+ before
- A friendly, can-do attitude
- Strong decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and align with our trading hours
