LENDI GROUP is on the hunt for a Risk & Compliance Manager to join our awesome team in Sydney! 🏙️

What's the gig about?

We're looking for someone to help us keep things running smoothly and by the book. You'll be our go-to person for all things risk and compliance, making sure we're playing it safe while still keeping things fun and innovative.

Your main missions will be:

• Keeping track of risks and compliance stuff 📊


• Helping out with assessments and reports 📝


• Making sure we're always on the right side of the law 🏛️


• Coming up with cool ways to manage risk (AI, anyone?) 🤖


• Teaching others about risk and compliance (in a fun way, of course!) 🎓

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of risk and compliance experience in lending


• Knowledge of credit assistance rules and regs


• A knack for designing and testing controls


• Great communication skills (written and verbal)


• A degree would be nice, but not a deal-breaker
