We're on the hunt for a Finance Administrator to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. Here's what you need to know:



What you'll be doing:



  • Preparing sales invoices for Australia & New Zealand 📊

  • Submitting invoices to clients on time

  • Working with the Accounts Receivable team to keep customer files up-to-date

  • Collaborating with the Treasury team for accurate sales entries

  • Generating monthly Accounts Receivables reports

  • Verifying accounts payable invoices

  • Assisting with month-end closing and cash management processes



What we're looking for:



  • A degree in Accountancy

  • At least 3 years of invoicing experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial analysis

  • Great communication skills

  • Independence and a sense of urgency

  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

  • Fluency in English
