We're on the hunt for a Finance Administrator to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. Here's what you need to know:
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing sales invoices for Australia & New Zealand 📊
- Submitting invoices to clients on time
- Working with the Accounts Receivable team to keep customer files up-to-date
- Collaborating with the Treasury team for accurate sales entries
- Generating monthly Accounts Receivables reports
- Verifying accounts payable invoices
- Assisting with month-end closing and cash management processes
What we're looking for:
- A degree in Accountancy
- At least 3 years of invoicing experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial analysis
- Great communication skills
- Independence and a sense of urgency
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English
