Job Description

Hey there, tech enthusiasts! 👋



We're on the hunt for a fantastic IT Support Engineer to join our team in sunny Sydney! 🌞 If you've got mad skills in deskside support and love solving tech puzzles, this might be your dream gig!



What you'll be doing:



  • Playing tech detective 🕵️‍♂️ to diagnose and fix all sorts of computer issues

  • Being the go-to guru for Windows desktop support

  • Keeping our hardware and software running smoothly

  • Dabbling in some Mac support for our Apple fans

  • Showing printers who's boss 💪



What we're looking for:



  • 4-5 years of Windows desktop support experience

  • A knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving

  • Good communication skills (because explaining tech stuff can be tricky!)

  • Flexibility and team spirit for our project-based environment



This is a fixed-term contract (B2B/Freelance) role, perfect for someone already living in Sydney (sorry, no sponsorship available). If you're fluent in English and ready for an exciting IT challenge, we want to hear from you!
