Hey there! We're on the lookout for a super organized and friendly Personal Assistant to join our South Devon Community team. You'll be working closely with our Coastal Community Services Manager, helping to keep everything running smoothly. 😊



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Managing diaries and prioritizing commitments

  • Handling sensitive correspondence and emails

  • Organizing meetings and taking minutes

  • Communicating with external agencies and visitors

  • Being the go-to person for phone calls and enquiries



What We're Looking For:



  • Flexibility and administrative experience (preferably in healthcare)

  • Someone who can handle a fast-paced environment

  • Great communication skills and a knack for diplomacy
